Our company, Elephant Properties, is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Property Consultant. As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective Landlords/Sellers to understand their requirements and offer our services
• Conduct market appraisals at properties to determine accurate property values
• Take high-quality photos and write compelling listings for advertising on major property portals
• Qualify and liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Prepare market reports to provide up-to-date market updates for clients
• Maintain regular contact with clients, providing feedback and addressing their concerns
• Prepare contracts and necessary documents for property transactions
• Negotiate and close deals to ensure successful property transactions
• Follow up on all paperwork and documentation as necessary
• Maintain accurate records on properties, clients, and owners
• Consistently achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for calls, listings, viewings, and deals
• Perform any additional duties as assigned or directed

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
